CENTRAL
Arcadia: February 28. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at the heated dock and good on minnows and jigs around brush piles at 20-22 ft. Report submitted by Mark Murray, game warden stationed in Oklahoma County.
Overholser: February 28. White bass good on white and yellow grubs and are especially good at the dock on the east side of the lake. Report submitted by Joey Rushing, game warden stationed in Canadian and Oklahoma counties.
Wes Watkins: March 1. Elevation normal, water muddy on west end and stained on east end. Crappie slow on minnows in standing timber. Report submitted by Mike France, game warden stationed in Pottawatomie County.
NORTHEAST
Ft Gibson: February 27. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 45 and stained. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits fished slowly in deep water drop-offs. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs fished slowly in deep water under docks. Report submitted by Rick Stafford in Wagoner.
Grand: March 1. Elevation normal, water 40 and murky. Largemouth bass good on green and brown jigs deep around points and brush. White bass good small on spinnerbaits and white and chartreuse grubs in Elk and Spring rivers. Catfish fair on brooders, night crawlers and shad deep. Crappie good on Grandpas jigs in blue, brown and gray and on Bobby Garlands in salt and pepper, natural cricket, black gum and Vegas. Paddlefish good deep from Sailboat Bridge to Grays Ranch. Hudson: March 1. Elevation normal. Blue catfish fair to good on cut bait. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs around brush pile areas. Report submitted by Steve Loveland, game warden stationed in Rogers and Mayes counties.
Kaw: March 1. Elevation below normal, water low 40s and clear mid-lake to dam, stained in upper portions. Blue catfish slow on juglines with cut bait at 25-35 ft. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 22-28 ft. under the Washunga Bay Bridge and Sarge Creek Bridge during times of water release and good on jigs around Pioneer Marina docks and other areas with submerged structure. Keystone: March 2. Elevation 1 1/4 ft. above normal, water murky. White bass good on split-tail grubs below the dam. Striped bass fair on topwater lures from surface to 3 ft. below the dam. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-20 ft. around brush piles in the lake. Report submitted by Woodys Bait and Tackle.
Oologah: February 27. Elevation 4 ft. above normal and falling slowly, water upper 40s and muddy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 20 ft. around brush piles. Blue catfish fair on shad below the dam. White bass fair on jigs below the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Rogers County.
Tenkiller: March 1. Elevation 3 1/3 ft. above normal and steady, water 44 and clear. Catfish fair on trotlines with cut baits in the Carters Landing area. Report by Monte Brooks, Cookson Village Resort.
SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: February 27. Elevation normal, water 41 and stained. Crappie being caught at surface to 38 ft. around brush piles. White bass being caught in creek channels. Bass slow, but some taken on jerk baits. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: March 2. Elevation slightly above normal, water 47 and slightly off color. Trout good on power bait, marshmallows and mealworms. Fly-fishing fair on woolly buggers. Bass slow on soft plastics. Catfish fair on livers and stinkbait. Report submitted by Matt Gamble, biologist Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.
Broken Bow: February 28. Water clearing. Largemouth bass fair on slabs, jig and pig and black jigs in deeper water. Catfish good on juglines and trotlines with cut bait at 40-50 ft. Crappie good around structure in the upper end of the lake, on minnows and jigs around baited hole in the lower end of the lake and slabs. Eufaula: March 1. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky. Blue catfish good on shad drifting deep flats. Crappie good on minnows at docks with brush and riprap at the I-40 Bridge. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Hugo: February 28. Elevation normal. Crappie fair on minnows around creek channels. White bass starting to be caught trolling crankbaits in the upper river channel. Konawa: March 2. Elevation normal, water 42 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits at 5-8 ft. along points and road beds. Report submitted by Daryl Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.

Texoma: February 28. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. above normal, water 44 and clear south and murky north. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair south part of lake. Striped and white bass fair to good south part of lake. Channel and blue catfish fair from the Hwy 70 Bridge north. Crappie fair in the creeks with clear water. Paddlefish fair below the dam.
