The Panhandle has two teams — Turpin boys and Forgan girls — headed to OKC for the state high school basketball playoffs.
For the Class A Turpin boys, it’s only their third appearance ever and first since 1972. For the Class B Forgan girls team, it’s Forgan’s 7th appearance at the state playoffs, last time was 2004.
