Glenda Carrol Tracy, 66, of Guymon died Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 1, 2010, at the Baptist St. Anthony’s Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.
The daughter of E.W. and Elleana (Guynes) Felty, she was born on Jan. 16, 1944, in Plainview, Texas. She moved to Guymon from Amarillo in 1975.
Glenda was united in marriage to Johnnie E. Tracy on Sept. 4, 1976, in Guymon. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Johnnie on Jan. 22, 2009.
Survivors include two daughters, Gwen Martin and Julian Vargas, and Melissa Martin and Bruce Costner, all of Guymon; one son, Roy Tracy of Lancaster, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Annie Tracy of Guymon; grandchildren: Dustin Hudson and wife, Stephenie of Kansas City, Missouri, Jonni Noble, Colton and Jalen Vargas, Alex James, Talisha Costner, Tyler Costner, Tiffany Tracy, Dylan and Heidi Tracy all of Guymon; two great grandchildren: Lucy Hudson and Luke Tracy.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 7, at 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Southern Baptist Church with Pastor Tom Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmhurst Cemetery. Services are under the care of the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
The family suggests that memorials be given to the March Of Dimes. Memorials will be accepted at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Oklahoma.
