By Laura Hays Goodwell, Okla. — The Oklahoma Panhandle State University Centennial Committee is planning three events during the 2009 fall semester. The celebrations begin Thursday, October 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Centennial Theatre located in Hughes-Strong Hall with the “Centennial Celebration Concert” featuring Concert Band, Concert Choir and guests.
