In the Northern Plains and Western Cornbelt trading has been mostly inactive. Not enough traded sales in any of these feeding regions for a market comparison. Steers: Live basis; (all Grades: 397 head) 96.50-97.00, weighted average 96.77. Dressed Basis; (all Grades: 295 head) 152.00-153.00, weighted average 152.59. Heifers: Live basis; (all Grades: 43 head) 96.00. Dressed Basis; (all Grades: 0 head). For the week: Texas live sales 2.50 lower. Kansas live sales 2.50 to 3.50 lower.
