U.S. No 1 HARD RED WINTER WHEAT: Mostly 13 to 14 cents higher. 4.06-4.32

NWS: 1-3 inches possible by Monday

The National Weather Service in Amarillo is monitoring a winter storm system that will likely affect the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles Sunday and Monday. This system was located off the California coast early this evening… and will continue to develop as it tracks across the western United States.

Preliminary snowfall total 02/25/10

An estimated 4 inches of snow was reported 11 miles East of Hardesty in Texas County by OHP.

Bank robbery reported in Boise City

According to published reports, Oklahoma authorities are investigating a reported bank robbery in Boise City this morning. There are also reports that both schools in town were evacuated after bomb threats were called in, perhaps to divert attention from the robbery, officials suspect.
