Preliminary snowfall and ice totals for the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles, according to the National Weather Service as of 7 p.m. UPDATE- Hwy 54 heading into Texas is being closed to ALL TRAFFIC (Big trucks as well as regular cars and trucks) due to the snow and hazardous road conditions. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has notified the city of Guymon that westbound traffic of big trucks will be stopped from going West Bound from Guymon because traffic can not travel West of STRATFORD TEXAS due to the roadway conditions caused by the winter storm.
