Two candidates filed for the Texhoma School Board seat during the candidacy filing period which ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, so it’s likely that Texhoma will join Hooker, Goodwell and Hardesty in holding elections onTuesday, Feb. 9, 2010.

Aggies fall in Corpus Christi, 97-67

Corpus Christi, TX — The Oklahoma Panhandle State men’s basketball team took a nearly 700-mile bus ride (one way) for the Monday game with the Islanders of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christie. After the opening tip, the Islanders raced to a 51-28 halftime advantage on their way to a 97-67 victory.
